Tiffani wasn't at all happy that, despite her best efforts - and the efforts of her compatriots, the huntsman still managed to get an accurate shot off at Marlowe. Angry as she was, there wasn't a whole lot she could do at range - she needed to actually touch this monstrosity.

All she could really do at this point was to run like hell behind Imogen - but she was not a track star and never needed to really run for any reason. When she looked at the distance between herself and the huntsman, she realized he could empty that rifle before she ever got close.

As the vines erupted around the Huntsman, he grit his teeth and forced himself into fight them, fight the creeping paralysis that kept trying to take over his limbs. The steed screeched as the green tendrils tried to wrap themselves around the fell thing's limbs.
