The day is clear and grows to be quite warm. The morning has a hushed feeling to it, as the residents file into their respective churches, or pile into cars to drive to neighbouring towns, dressed in their Sunday best, grandma clutching a massive bowl of trifle in her lap. Cornerstone Bank is closed all day. The cafe and Hometown Bar & Restaurant don’t open until EA.
