D4 LE Maize Park (Pop Up I guess)

Early in the evening as the sun sat low in the sky, Tiffani found a picnic table as close to the cornfields as possible. The locals apparently hated her since nearly every contact she had with them was negative - despite having done them no wrong - and she hadn't seen or spoken to another Changeling since that disaster in the bar. In fact, she only really talked to two people out of the group she swore to defend and protect - the rest she had seen once - in the motel when she took that goddamn oath.

If not for that, she would be a hundred miles down the road by now. But she was stuck here ... for now. After the fight with the huntsman, something had died inside. She didn't even feel the cold. Instead, she stared endlessly at the cornfield, eyes wide and unblinking as if she had seen a ghost. She sat utterly motionless, another statue in the park. Only the frigid breeze rustling her hair even gave hint that she was even alive.

It took every ounce of her will not to leave everything behind and lose herself forever in the corn. And that was a battle she was slowly losing.
