(D2, EE, Motel) House of Strangers
I hadn't been too difficult to figure out where everyone was. The possibilities were limited, after all. A note slipped into their motel rooms or a quick text would serve as an invitation. It was time for all of us to meet and compare notes. Whatever was going on in Maize, it involved the Lost in some way.
My room wasn't the biggest, but it would serve for now. I left the door open, took a seat against the far wall and waited.
I should have bought more whiskey.

The skittish girl from the other day is the first to arrive, waving a little as she came in. "Hello again, Whiskey Man."

Having just arrived late into the evening, Jonathan only just began to sort himself into what he needed to do. Plenty of paperwork to go thru, leads to start to investigate, and getting over the fact that he had he had traded one small town for another one, at least the this one lacked a swamp and the mugginess that he had left behind.
Instead it was just corn fields.
Rather strange trade-off, but his ilk tended to need the quiet aspects of life here to help with their particular new lifestyle choices. Though, no use beating around the bush, it was time to make nice with his neighbors. Arriving to the room of one he saw one of them come and go from, he decided to bring with him a bottle of wine he picked up from one of the local gas stations.
Nothing but the best of quality for his fellows.
He knocked politely and awaited a answer.

I motioned for the girl to come in.
"It's good to see you again. I thought it might be time for everyone to get acquainted."
The knock came shortly after she entered, and the door swung further open. I waved the new stranger in.
"Come on on. Name's Marlowe."

"Ah, yeah. Like what we talked about the other day," she replied, nodding as she found a seat on the hotel room's bed, folding her legs under her. She looked to the newcomer. Probably no one would attack in a group like this, but you could never be sure. "I'm Reina. You're really tall."

It seemed that Maize was getting bigger and bigger, at least when it came to Changelings. She had met a few of their kind yesterday and had doubts about any sort of coincidence. Hearing that there were a few more? She might slowly change her mind about the circumstances of their gathering. After her meeting with Jean, she felt she might have met her lion's share already but it would have been a lost opportunity if she didn't know who was in Maize at the very least.
She sauntered in leggings and a matching athletic top, standing right behind Jonathan and holding a packet of Oreos as her welcome offering to the group.

Tiffany showed up to the now cramped room wearing a denim mini and a large grey sweatshirt she had belted at the waist with a wide white leather belt. She didn't bother to knock or partake in any other pleasantries and instead barged right in figuring the faerie wings on her back were more than enough to announce to everyone else that she was one of them.
A small frown marred her otherwise beauteous face - there were a lot of beautiful Lost here at this gathering, she noticed, and gave an inward chuckle. Looks like she wouldn't be getting a date here in Maize any time soon - the competition was just too heavy. But that wasn't why she was frowning.
So, without preamble, Tiffani began stepping over legs and feet and toes, making her way to a table and some chairs in the corner. She sat herself down, produced a soda from the pocket of her white leather jacket, and cracked it open. One thing that Tiffani despised was being the only person at a party that nobody knew - and this gathering was shaping up to be one of those occasions. If she had her way, this would be the shortest get-together of any kind in the history of sociology ... but she made it, realizing that if she hadn't met Marlowe earlier that day, she would still be out wandering in the cold or, perhaps, staying in a room two or three doors down having no idea that all of the Lost in Maize save herself were holding a meeting.
All she could do was hope that something about this meeting would turn things around for her and so she was willing to give it a chance. Something definitely was wrong with this place - but if she headed out of town at first light, did it matter? Did any of it involve her personally? She doubted it. That slight little frown, the only sign of her displeasure, disappeared after she sat down - and figured she would just blend in with the furniture.

"There's at least two more, I think." I looked around at each of them. There was only one in the room I hadn't met. "Unless I'm mistaken, every one of us is a new arrival, who's never stepped foot in Maize before. I don't know what that means yet, but that isn't a coincidence."

"Blondie and Eclipse?" She questioned Marlowe, looking over. "I guess Blondie's going to have some monster friends after all, then. That's good. He seemed worried." She pulled a packet of jerky out from somewhere within her parka, gently fishing a piece out with overly long claws before tearing a piece from it with sharp teeth.

"Who's Blondie and who's Eclipse?" She asked questioningly as she circumvented the line order and stepped into the room. There was a nod and a glance given to everyone with one of her eyes. She gave a small smirk and a wave. "I'm Imogen from Los Angeles and I'm the one who brought the Oreos, enjoy."
She placed them by the table that held the television, assuming that's one of the few tables that they were supplied with in their rooms.
